Fremont Youth Curb Painters started out as a volunteer service club in April of 2011. As time progressed, the founder of FYCP (Fremont Youth Curb Painters) began to see that FYCP's highest potential lay not within a community service club, but instead a 100% non-profit organization dedicated to helping members of the community along with donating money to the American Cancer Society. FYCP was officially recognized as a non-profit company registered at Alameda County on 12/20/2011. Workers of FYCP consists entirely of students, thus giving meaning to the "youth" part of Fremont Youth Curb Painters.
The street curb number is critical when the fire department or other emergency personnel are trying to locate your house in the event of an emergency at night. Getting your curb number painted is also much more convenient for friends and family to locate your house when they come to visit you over the holidays.
